No matter how you eat them... you can rest assured they will have all the flavor, and unlike dehydrated fruit, it will have 97% of all the nutrients contained in fresh strawberries. Crunch on them, or add water and see them turn right back into yummy strawberry slices.

We get this question all the time... it is hard work... but somebody's got to do it.
Can you freeze dry something not on your menu?
We can... those are special orders. I am always happy to try something because you never know! Just contact me.
What makes you any different from another candy store?
I think it's the attention to detail and the fact that we give back to other small businesses with every purchase. We need to make a profit, sure... but it's more about community. As we grow, I hope this becomes something more than just sweets!
