We will accept refunds for damaged or defective items, but photo proof is needed. If damage occurs due to shipping... we will need photos to file claims on your behalf.

Here at Monkey Rocket Candy Company, we laser focus on customer satisfaction and product quality. That being said, we can not accept returns or refund if you simply did not like something new you were trying. Most people love the candy, but I'm sure it's not for everybody. You take a risk whenever you try something for the first time... we can guarantee it will be the best quality... but everyone's tastebuds are different.. so we do not offer refund if you simple were not a fan of it.

We will still like the input. Afterall, this candy shop is for YOU. And we want to make sure we are carrying only the best!
